Oats with Sagoo

500ml Milk
3 tbsp Oats
1/2 cup Sagoo
5 walnuts into small pieces
2 tbsp sugar
Fresh cream
Cranberries handful

Method

Boil  the milk for some time, when it thickens add the sagoo, oats, walnuts  and sugar. Simmer for sometime, when the oats are cooked. Now set in bowl, garnish with cream  and cranberries.

Chicken Drumsticks with Veggies

12  Chicken Drumsticks
1 cup Yoghurt
1/2  cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of Turmeric
1 Tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
Salt as required
1 cup Cornflakes
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Rosemary
French Beans into big pieces
6/7Mushrooms big pieces
2/3Capsicum  big pieces
2 carrots into thick big slices
1/2 cup cooking oil

Method

Marinate the chicken drumsticks with yoghurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard or English mustard, pinch of Turmeric and salt, Tandoori Masala and Kashmiri chilli powder and keep for at least 3-4 hours.

Take a bowl add the crushed cornflakes , chilli flakes, Rosemary, Oregano, salt ( little)and mix.Now dip the chicken into cornflakes and fry in deep oil and keep aside.

Meanwhile boil the carrots and keep aside.

Now pour 2 tbsp of vegetable  oil, when it is heated add the leftover the marinated masala, little turmeric, chilli powder and stir fry with water, after some time add the vegetables and the chicken and cook for two to three minutes and serve hot to your kids.
